All Bee’s Knees Knee Pads are fitted with 9mm inserts. If you have sensitive knees or are a fan of hardstyle, you can opt for 11mm inserts, which are thicker for more protection.

Both the 9mm and 11mm inserts are rated at 100 uses before losing resiliency. So if you average two floorwork sessions per week, your knee pads should last you almost a year! If you train hardstyle, I'd recommend swapping your inserts at 4-6 months.
