This course has one skill prerequisite: a Butterfly from any entry. Keep in mind, it doesn't have to be clean or pretty! You just have to be able to get into a Butterfly in at least one way. A pole is required.
Each lesson comes with a demonstration video, filmed on location at The Bar Studio in Bellingham, MA, as well as a written explanation and an audio note.
