You've got tricks and spins. But what about your transitions?
Transitions are where flow lives. If you're want your pole low flow to feel more fluid and natural, it's time to start paying attention to the key moments in between the tricks and spins.
In this workshop, I’m breaking down ten transitions that will completely change the way your low flow feels. We start with the Big Three of low flow and my Low Flow Manifesto so you can set your own intention when you low flow.
Then we head into the pole room to learn 5 pole-to-floor transitions and 5 floor-to-pole transitions you can start using immediately.
This is for you if you feel awkward getting to the floor, if getting back up feels clunky, if you freeze during low flow, or if you want your movement to look more fluid, grounded, and intentional. These transitions are designed to connect your movement so you can stop thinking in single tricks and start flowing through full combos.
Knee pads recommended. A pole required. Perfection not allowed.
And if you like this grounded, flowy style of movement, don’t forget to grab Ground Control. It’s my collection of floorwork and basework tutorials with demos and breakdowns so you can keep building your low flow vocabulary.
