If you can't remember, it's probably time!
If you can't remember the last time you changed your pad inserts, it's probably time to do it!
A good rule of thumb is every 8 to 12 weeks, depending on how hard and how often you train.

How do I know what size knee pads to get?
Bee’s Knees Knee Pads come in sizes from Small to 3XL, and l offer strap extenders for folks who are in between sizes, are a fluctuating size, or have two different size legs. Check out the size + fit guide to find your fit.
How long do your knee pads last?
My first customer, Lucia, bought her Bee’s Knees Knee Pads in 2018 on the first day my online shop opened. She’s used them every week since to teach her floorwork and low flow class. She still has them. You can ask her. DM @boujie_loochie on Instagram.
What's the difference between Firm and Soft inserts?
Firm has a denser feel with a sleek profile. Resilient, protective, and responsive under pressure.
Soft has a slightly plusher feel with added cushion. Equally resilient and protective, with a touch more give.
Both are the same thickness. All knee pads come fitted with Firm inserts.
How long do your pad inserts last?
Both the 9mm and 11mm inserts are rated at 100 uses before losing resiliency. So if you average two floorwork sessions per week, your knee pads should last you almost a year! If you train hardstyle, I'd recommend swapping your inserts at 4-6 months.
Can I still get pad inserts for my old knee pads?
If you are wearing 1.0 or 2.0 Bee's Knees Knee Pads (glad they're still kicking, btw, congrats!), you'll want the pad inserts I have on clearance here!
If you are wearing the latest version of Bee's Knees Knee Pads, then you'll need the latest version of the Knee Pad Inserts.
