It's no rinse formula so you just rub it on and grips dissolve. The ingredients heal your skin, feel rich and smell nice too:

Coconut oil, mango butter, gotu kola (cica) oil, arnica oil, magnesium oil, Epsom salt, aloe, beetroot powder, bamboo extract, lemon juice, dionized water, triethanolamine lauryl sulfate, glycerin, cocamidopropyl betaine, citric acid, xanthan gum, essential oils.

Tin contains 3oz. Store in a cool, dark place.

Made by Apolethecary, Prime has just three ingredients: rosewater, vegetable glycerin, and alcohol.

It's technically a before pole skin prep that provides a layer of protection between your skin and your sticky gluey grip aids.

For me, the glycerin base is a grip in itself. 

I apply it to my legs, waist, and arms before my warm up, and by the time I hit the pole, my skin has that light tacky touch that feels like the perfect summer stick.
